News : Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama today arrived at Gulabgarh town of Paddar area in Kishtwar district on a two days visit to address a religious congregation organized by the Himalayan Buddhist Cultural Society (HBCS).
He also inaugurated a Buddhist centre at Paddar, which has been set up by the Society especially for the Buddhist leaders visit. This is the first ever religious congregation being organized at the centuries old Lossany monastery.
