Dogri Dishes- "AMLAEIN DA AACHAR" (Amla Pickle)

Ingrredients :
1Kg Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds.
1 tbsp Turmeric powder.
2 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
3 tbsp Salt
200 ml Mustard Oil
Method :
Clean the amla with fresh water.
Boil the water and dip the Amla for 5 minutes, Keep it in Sun Shade for 1 day.
Roast Methi (Fenugreek seeds) and grind it properly.
Take oil in a Kadai and mix all the ingrredients on flame.
Remove kadai from flame and store achar in eathern ware.
