News : IAF helicopter stocks essentials at Nawapachi, Inshan.
To provide relief material and other essential items to the nomads stranded in higher reaches of Warwan area of Kistwar district, three sorties of MI-17, IAF helicopter fully loaded with essentials and other material took of from Udhampur Air Base and Kistwar helipad for village Inshan and Nawapachi in Kistwar district. The helicopter carried tents, live saving medicines for human beings and animals, rice bags, tea packets, folding mattresses to provide immediate relief to those trapped due to inclement weather conditions.
