** Mohammad Rashid  Qureshi has been declared elected as the Member of the J&K Legislative Council by Hon'ble High Court in its decision taken on 13-03-2006 in place of  Shri Tasaduq Hussain, Ex-MLC who was declared elected on 20-04-2005 and was scheduled to retire on  19-04-2011.
